Here's what that looks like in practice. You host a webinar with an expert on a topic your members care about. This is valuable content that garners good attendance and engagement. But once the session ends, that conversation is over. The content sits in your archives, gathering dust.


What if you didn't let it end there?


You can re-purpose the webinar and edit it into a podcast episode. Right after the webinar, spend an additional 15 minutes with that guest. Dive deeper into topics attendees wanted to explore or answer questions that arose but went unaddressed.
